Uncollected Packages
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Atelier Dérive
Customs
Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Atelier Dérive, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order, we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.Delivery Times
With our Standard shipping option, it usually takes 1-3 business days after receiving your order until it is handed over to our carrier. The delivery time from hand over to doorstep delivery depends on the country of destination. We use the following data as reference. The Netherlands: 1 – 2 business days. Europe: 3 – 6 business days. Rest of the world: 5 – 10 business days. Please note: In the Netherlands, the coronavirus is now more or less under control. However, many other countries are still facing severe challenges. As a result, strict corona measures remain in place. In many countries, steps have been taken to minimise physical contact when delivering mail and parcels. Recipients in these countries may no longer be required to sign for delivery, for instance. In addition, many countries around the world are taking measures that may affect the processing and delivery of mail and parcels.
